You could get your tumbler way faster than that or in some rare cases an issue may arise during the creation process requiring us to re-create a tumbler causing a delay. we try to communicate any issues, but process hundreds of tumblers so please contact us with any questions. Any refunds will be processed using Store Credit.
WE SHIP MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY USING UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS TO AVOID YOUR PACKAGE SITTING SOMEWHERE WITH MORE RISK FOR DAMAGE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
