WELCOME TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CHAOS! Our current creation time is 4-6 weeks on all tumbler orders before shipping. You could get your tumbler way faster than that or in some rare cases an issue may arise during the creation process requiring us to re-create a tumbler causing a delay. we try to communicate any issues, but process hundreds of tumblers so please contact us with any questions. Any refunds will be processed using Store Credit.
WE SHIP MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY USING UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS TO AVOID YOUR PACKAGE SITTING SOMEWHERE WITH MORE RISK FOR DAMAGE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
ALL OF OUR INKS ARE HAND MIXED HERE. WE DO NOT BUY ELSEWHERE OR REBRAND INKS TO RESELL. IF YOU EVER HAVE A QUESTION OR AN ISSUE, PLEASE CONTACT US!

IF YOU ARE ORDERING SOMETHING BESIDES DECALS, YOUR DECALS WILL SHIP WITH THAT ORDER WHICH WILL DELAY THE 48-HOUR SHIPPING POLICY. IF YOU NEED YOUR DECALS SHIPPED WITHIN THE 48-HOUR POLICY, PLEASE ORDER THEM BY THEMSELVES. THIS IS DUE TO SHIPPING COSTS.
CHAOS EXPLAINED
All of our products are handcrafted. You may find small flaws like a stray piece of glitter that you didn't order, pinstriping that is not completely perfect, or a slight wave or bump in the final clear coat. We try our best to eliminate any and all of these things, but it is sometimes totally out of our control. We strive for perfection, but as we all know, nobody is perfect... and glitter goes wherever it wants!
Our PROCESSING POLICY is as follows: Please allow 6-8 weeks processing of your custom tumbler before shipping. It may only take us a few minutes or maybe a few hours to create your design, but when working with epoxy resin, you must follow some rules. Rule #1 - Epoxy resin dries to the touch within about 12 hours, unless using a quick dry epoxy resin which dries to the touch in about 2 - 3 hours. Rule #2 - Epoxy resin needs a minimum CURE time of 72 hours!
