Made a Veteran cry

I never write reviews so this might be more of a ramble than anything. The work you did, the attention to detail coupled with the way you were able to personalize this tumbler…. Pure ART! I was a U.S Army soldier for 10 years of my life…. I do not cry over much… but as I am sitting here looking at this tumbler… I have,in fact, cried. Everything about it is ME…. The pride I feel, my “nickname”, even my unit and rank! You did an amazing job and I proudly show off this piece everywhere I go.. THANK YOU so much for doing this. It means more to me than I can put into words.

To anyone who made it this far in the review… you won’t be disappointed with the outcome of their product 100000/10 recommend! And should I ever need another one they are the first company I’m coming to!

Exactly what I asked for

The colors and background I had chosen proved to be a bit problematic but of course they were able to overcome this and make them work anyways. The tumbler itself and finished product is of great quality, maintains ice in the hot humid environment I work in and keeps my beverage chilled. Very satisfied and will most likely order a few other customs from chaotic designs.
